Amy is an excellent trainer. She listens and understands the needs and requirements of her athletes and tailors a programme to suit them. All her sessions are tough but fun at the same time.
I was looking to get back into training and needed some guidance on the best exercises for me based on my needs. I chose Amy as she is a martial artist like myself and would have good understanding and knowledge on what would help me but at the same time not be necessarily specific to martial arts.
I did enjoy our training sessions and had a laugh every time whilst also being pushed to achieve my goals which I was able to do. I would recommend Amy to anyone who is looking to improve their fitness as she is willing to work with you instead of just tell you what she thinks will work.

I started my fitness journey 2 years ago. It wasn’t until Amy taught me the fundamentals of the Squat, Deadlift and Bench that I really started to see results. Both in appearance and PR’s. Amy takes great care in breaking down the lifts from start to finish. Teaching me to correctly hinge, scapular retract and certain positions in the lift. I have had a few PT’s, but no one broke it down like Amy.

I have progressed from 67kg BW to now 93kg.
My compound lifts have exploded from a mere 80kg squat to now 210kg. Deadlift of 120kg to now 250kg. I can honestly say Amy help has been invaluable in me achieving these goals last year.

Her biggest asset is her patience for her clients to repeat movements. Only allowing them to progress in weight when the lift is executed correctly.
